At First Baptist Church, we desire to actively obey Jesus’ command to “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” Mark 16:15 ESV
A tangible way for us to achieve this is through caring for missionaries in both the U.S. and around the world. Our budget designates approximately 20% of our general funds for missions.
We currently financially support over 20 active and 3 retired missionaries in 12 different countries as well as the United States. Additionally, we also currently support 2 mission agencies, a retired missionary retirement village, and NW Baptist Home Missions.

Some of the Missionaries First Baptist is currently supporting in Mexico have invited us to help them in the construction of their outreach ministry building.
Their current need is plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and those willing to learn!
